How this is calculated & assumptions

Annual saving = (daily volume × time saved per vehicle ÷ 3600) × operating days × hourly cost, shown as a ±15% range. Time saved = your current processing time minus the automated time for the chosen scenario (Conservative 45s, Base 35s, Optimistic 20s per vehicle). Throughput = 3600 ÷ processing seconds.

Defaults reflect typical Northern-European deployments (loaded gate-staff cost ~€40–55/hour; manual processing ~180s cars / ~300s trucks).
